ye**** Posted August 18 How do you know what's to hard or have many impacts you can take to not be doing long term damage? I've recently been more interested in exploring this though unsure on knowing these boundaries
Th**** Posted August 18 It's good that you're looking for information as there are some very real and potentially serious risks. There are resources available, classes, webinars, articles... Fetlife has a huge event listings section with filters for education and CBT related stuff is offered pretty regularly. it's not yet 6 am for me so the brain isn't fully functional just yet, i'll try to remember to return to comment more. We're not allowed to post links here but i can share some things to enter into searches to find decent information.
Sweetestsadist Posted August 18 I think starting out slowly, and communicating a lot is important. What one man can take varies. I think a general rule of thumb, is to not be tied longer than a half hour. If the balls turn cold, it's been too long. Don't twist them hard. For my partner, I can have a ton of weight on his parachute. With gentle taps to the balls during. His cock can be hit harder though. Without them being constricted, I can be rougher. There's many forms of CBT. Wax, electro, hot ointments, trampling, sensation play, kicking, etc. And getting an ice pack on them after, can be fun for both too. Mainly, be open with your partner on when it's too much. Learning what you can take is half the fun😁

Longer term effects can be things like reduced fertility, if that's a concern for someone. Twisting of testicles is risky because of potential for torsion, which would require medical intervention and will *not* resolve or heal on it's own.
HornyHucow Posted August 20 Everyone else has already put the best advice on here. Research is probably the best way to start before you actually get into the physical. I also suggest knowing the area well so you can notice if something feels irregular. As for personal limits, start small and slowly progress, you don't have to go full on to get enjoyment out of it. Enjoy your future adventures 😊
La**** Posted August 21 Plainly, being trained in impact/strike play is paramount. CBT can be a very changeable thing, because what one can tolerate, another's anatomy may not be capable of. Knowing strike zones, ***, tolerance, etc is all super individual to who you're playing with. Aftercare is also an absolute necessity
Mr**** Posted October 5 lol absolutely none. I do videos that have sold massively on my friends site. I do cock trample. In a box with a hole in it. The lady that is selected gets 10 full minutes and no rules to try to make me tap out. Lots of jumping goes on. lol Never tapped.
