I can relate to this completely. Sometimes being close can help calm the mind and let my body get into the zone. It’s easy to be stuck in my head and my head overrules my body’s responses. So being close, physically contact even if just lying against each other or cuddling can bring my mind into the moment more.
Talking might help ... having a flirty sassy continuous dirty talk and light communication will surely keep her conscious mind on the act. Otherwise it helped personally to go through meditation and morning focus sessions to have better focus in general including sex.
