You basically have the most important ingredient, a woman. She can be an orgy with very little effort in densely populated areas. By doing this, other women do end up checking things out. Make sure they feel welcomed, safe and respected. Not making a woman feel welcomed once actually caused a rift that lasts to this day in my personal group sex scene. Men tend to have a little more resilience in this kind of situation. Women are what will make it really grow, though, and they are greatly outnumbered. Clubs are cool and all but over the years you'll end up forming a group of friends with complimentary interests.
