Upon the fifth day I learned that talking has laws, much like clue #9, but keeping advised was preferred, which sounds like a clue for #10.

or on the App Me-> Treasure Hunt-> your treasure chest

You'll see a picture with the icons collected, first 10 are released, where is your gap? That will tell you which clues to find it.
