That doesn’t even prove they Are real . So many bots on here . Show you a picture that isn’t on their profile and then the next thing they ask is your number, and when you say no or ask them for Snapchat or Facebook , they say they don’t have it but can’t message on ***am lol

It's honestly really irritating how many fake profiles there are. Asking for specific pictures is definitely not weird, a reasonable person would understand why you're asking for it.

Please always report any fake profiles you see.  The reports go to the Support Centre, who can *** verify or evict profiles. Unfortunately any online community will have fakes and scammers, so a zero tolerance approach is the only way to remove them. Whackamole!

This app could really do with a verification feature from other users. Like Fab. If youve met someone you can tick a thing to say they arw genuine. Youd still get fakes and weirdos but It's better than nothing.

You can add friends here and part of the add process is to confirm if people are known to you personally.  On the website version of a profile, it will show like this:

Always ask for multiple verification photos / methods. I do it all the time and the moment they think it's weird it's probably because they are a catfish or scammer/sextortionist.

Not at all. I always make people write down my username and hold up next to their face or body. If I just see the paper laying on them I ask them to take it again actually holding it. Too many people be using photo shop effectively 😂
