Have heard great things about Townhouse in Liverpool area

if you're in Midlands - there's a lot of events at Facility in Walsall 

There's also a lot of events at Xtasia in West Brom

I don't know if Purity in Wolverhampton is still open, I've not seen much about it

But honestly - start at the BBB in Birmingham (you have just missed one) and there'll be a lot of advertisements for a lot of events etc.

Celestial Studios in Shardlow (right outside Derby). They do monthly themed parties and regular workshops. Definitely worth a look if you're in the Midlands.
