I’d say all are realistic as for all in the same possibly fantasy. The bottom line is it all depends on the dynamic you’re in.

it's just important that it's kept to the right side of consent. And the right side of fun.

For example, if there's a good reason you failed one of the above, is any punishment proportionate? 

If you deliberately fail one of the above in order to get a punishment, will this always be fun for the other person?
