Typically I find a yes sir or a thank you sir to become overused and less effective as a “good girl” because its used out of ovedience and respect. Not necessarially in the connotation you are asking about. but im sure there are different things depending on the person. I prefer actions speaking over words

I prefer authenticity over formal titles. When a sub says something with real respect, even just ‘Yes’ or ‘Understood’ that lands more than any scripted phrase.
