Strap ons are designed to point outwards for penetration - so like unless you got one that was both small and ultra soft there's going to be issues.   Unless, of course, you went for a packer, but that is similar but different.

It's difficult because most strap ons are much longer than an actual non erect penis, a lot less flexible and the harness is designed to hold it standing out at an angle even an erect penis won't demonstrate (they normally hang down or angle up).

I'm guessing it needs to be in public, hence the not obvious. Are you expecting to be able to, for example, use it without needing to spend time changing into the harness?

If not, then the ideas above about packers are probably best - whatever it is that transmen use.

If you plan to be able to just get someone alone (say in a hotel room or club toilet) and be able to unzip and get straight to it, I'm not sure what will work other than finding one smaller and more flexible than many and angling it right.

You now have me wondering if there's a market for inflatable strap ons... or even if such exist now... all my experience of them has been when a dominant has taken time to put it on while I was tied up and blindfolded...
