Darkness

My life as I knew it imploded, I was at one of my lowest points.
Then people enter your life, cross your path.
While living my nightmare she appeared, another dark soul, that brought light to mine.
Even though we could never be, she was perfect!
She started to change my energy, my outlook without even knowing.
Just her smile, her words, talking to me changed everything for me.
I would do anything for her, I would give her the world if she wanted it.
We became close for a short time, but now she’s hardly around. Maybe it scared her? I don’t know for sure.
I am back to living in my nightmare, back to the starting point.
