To your girlfriend, you owe her some honesty, and if you're having unprotected sex with anyone whatever their gender, perhaps via an std clinic..she's probably not going to take it well, no one likes to be deceived or used, its clear you're at least bi and you enjoy crossdressing, neither of which are bad things, but lying, cheating and sneaking about behind partners backs, and potentially exposing them to risks they haven't consented to..not great to say the least.
