I gave away one in the beginning, but I don’t know which one 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have spot 4 & 11 empty. Can anyone tell me how to know which one I still need to look for?

If the spot is empty, you don't have it. You either gave it away or never found it.

try going back to where you located 4 oand 11if the icons are still there youstill finish off the grid

Honestly yall have got to come up with a better system for labeling the icons collected because the only one I have missing is in the “9” slot, except I’ve already solved the clue for 9 and collected an icon. It wasn’t the one for slot 9. Now I have zero clue one the only one I’m missing is because it’s improperly labeled. Like what am I even supposed to do aghhh.
