It could be that the picture/s you're attempting to upload are being rejected for rule breaks, or it could be that they're just taking a while to be approved, it can take upto 72 hours.. you might want to repost this in the Technical Issues forum, alternatively if you scroll to the very bottom of the screen you can contact support and raise a ticket, if there's an issue they'll be able to help.
