There was some discussion a few years ago about how asexual people where excluded from being considered „able“ to consent under the model that requires informed, ongoing and enthusiastic consent

Well the other parts of that model have their problems as well i you stop to think about it, like the informed part being unreasonable for unexperienced people and i kind of expect this community to instantly understand where ongoing verbal consent may be impracticable

And if we are honest most consent in action is somewhere around „casual“
