To anyone who has done a scene/scenario idk how you call it. Did you ever not know what to say? Or said someone so cringe you wanted to leave the room?
If yes, would you mind sharing the story? 😆
I was thinking about what would I do in a scene, and got these questions in mind haha got myself thinking how would I deal with that? 🥴

You can negotiate the scene prior to it happening. Roll play planning, have rules about what is allowed and not allowed to be said so you can keep the cringe to a minimum, preplanning everything beforehand, and check in during your scene frequently.

And also, probably the most important thing, be able to joke around and laugh at yourself and with each other in general.

It happens. But I've never had anything scene breaking.

Even outside of kink, bodies are weird and sometimes in vanilla sex things happen. If it's truly something unintentional, like someone accidentally farting while you're going down on her, you either ignore it, or, if you can't, you acknowledge it, offer reassurance, and move past it.

In scene play, I have experience taming brats, but occasionally they will do something that makes me break my composure, usually something that makes me laugh. And so usually I just take a moment, let them enjoy it, and reassert control. I also store whatever it was in my memory so I can throw it back at them later.

If you can't laugh it off, then you don't really have control over the situation. There is a level of improvisation in scene play with a partner you trust, and faltering or stumbling happens. With experience and confidence, though, you learn to get through it. Outside of a relationship with strict protocol, I would really never expect myself to be perfect. Sex/kink should be enjoyable, and, for me, that means being able to have fun.
