The area where it shows which members have collected all icons, means they have collected all the released icons so far.  This area resets back to zero each day at 11am UK time and providing you have collected the previous days icons plus the newest released icon, your name will then appear there.  This section constantly refreshes every few minutes as members find the newest icon, so at times it is possible to miss seeing your name appear there due to so many collecting at once and during the refresh your name appears ever so briefly but then moves quickly offscreen.

You will need to hunt for them. On the app the icons are a circle shape and have a small image inside them and they are overlapped on the screen. On the website V1 they are square in shape, on V2 they are also a circle shape. You can use the clues in this thread that will hint you where to look or you can hunt for them by just having a gander around the app. Once you find the icon, tap on it and it will collect in your treasure chest and you will earn points towards membership.
