Popular Post Da**** Posted Thursday at 12:18 PM Popular Post Pa1n doesn’t know its source . It is only the same chemical rush that goes into your brain and tells you that your body is hurting. So doesn’t matter who inflicts it , it is the same feeling . views ?
me**** Posted Thursday at 02:53 PM If its something you have become accustom to, a pleasure that you enjoy and desire I think the moment you start getting what you want your brain forgets the disconnect and you swim in the pleasure
go**** Posted Thursday at 02:58 PM Depends. That begins to fall into serious ***, id advise against it. Lothbrok. Lol
ra**** Posted Thursday at 03:13 PM If you’re mentally disconnected from someone I would question why you would trust them to inflict *** in a way that doesn’t feel disrespectful, at least on some level.
ho**** Posted Thursday at 03:20 PM I would say it depends on the individual. I know plenty of people who will let randos perform impact on them. To some of them the disconnect is the icing on the cake because it aligns with grey/freysexualism. But then there are also people that have a way higher trust or connection threshold to them. In the end it all depends on who the person is and what the specific impact does to their sense of peace.
Ec**** Posted Thursday at 03:26 PM For me personally I found it more difficult to enjoy the impact when I was disconnected from my Dom. I found it difficult to trust him so I could not relax into the session.
Deleted Member Posted Thursday at 03:53 PM As a Dom, I will not engage in *** play if something is lacking in the connection between the submissive and myself. I don't feel it is as safe and neither of us will get everything we're looking for from it. Typically, a session won't even begin if there's a disconnect. It can be anything. I cancelled a session because a submissive had lost a pet the day before. We basically sat and talked about their pet for an hour and a half. A complete flow needs to be existing between a Dom and the sub to engage in *** play, IMHO.
Ed**** Posted Thursday at 04:00 PM Ever see the 1977 movie, Rolling Thunder? The protagonist spent time in a Vietnamese prison camp and endured daily ***. After he was rescued and brought back to the states, he was ***d by home intruders. He let them beat him up and puts his hand in a garbage disposal. He said to survive you have to learn to love the ***. Not speaking for anyone else, but when I was ***d when younger (severe physical/mental ***) the character's reasoning resonates with me. Instead of letting my father get in my head, I endured the belt and paddle whippings by dissociating from reality and imagining the *** made me stronger. The harder the impact, the my power I gained.
Vi**** Posted Thursday at 05:02 PM *** doesn't know its source but your brain does. Many people need a mental conme tion or the kinks just don't work. Part of accepting the *** is trusting who is causing it wont actually hurt you. If you have a mental disconnect from them, that trust can be fractured. Im personally not into receiving *** but if I was, there's no way I would let anybody cause me *** that I didnt trust implicitly.
Vi**** Posted Thursday at 05:03 PM Some persons must feel the disconnect mentality and enjoyment of the process letting it be the thing that provides pleasure for the sake of it happening? Cause we can see especially in the London fetish nights a cross over in sensory deprivation combined with strangers applying the physicality of the process .
is**** Posted Thursday at 05:11 PM I guess you can. For me, the p4in has to come from someone I'm deeply interconnected with, or there's no pleasure associated to that pa1n. Only you can judge if it matters or not, or if you need an extra component to it.
Ba**** Posted Thursday at 05:13 PM There is quite a large difference between enjoying a sensation and having a physiological response to it It’s not uncommon for victims of SA to get hard/wet during the ordeal from the physical stimulation which is one of the(if not “THE”) cause of most of their internal shame and guilt You are kind of indirectly asking them if they liked being victimized here People say kink is mostly in your head for reasons and this is a major one Also even outside of the context of kink, a lot of people enjoy practicing martial arts by sparing with partners they trust but very few of them like getting into street fights
Go**** Posted Thursday at 08:09 PM Me? No. You or other people, why not? There’s just so much that goes into the wiring of any individuals kink that it’s pretty hard to nail down objective answers to questions like this. Do you? Or were you just curious if other people do?
Si**** Posted Thursday at 11:04 PM Depends on the person receiving it. Emotional Payne seems to hurt deepest when it's coming from someone you love. A lot of childhood trauma have people splitting their caretaker into two separate roles, the one who cares and provides and the one who hurtz, the threat, to survive the ab use. I think trust plays a big role here as well. Can you trust someone you're not mentally connected to? Or does not knowing who or what their capable of turn you on? I personally can Hitt and spank whomever, but they won't get the fullest I have to offer Payne wise because It would be unsafe and negligent for me to do so.

I have seen in plenty of play parties where someone would love to have impact play with an experienced person - even if now known. They want to experience the ways and new tricks. Recent visit to one of the parties like that triggered the thought :) .

My neurospicy brain can do a decent job trying to factor things from outside perspectives and different scenarios, but I know there is always more information or insight that might help me see things differently. This was a scenario that didn’t come to mind immediately, and I absolutely appreciate you mentioning it ❤️ Vetting anyone can be a challenge, and considering that I was married to someone for 15 years and later realized I knew nothing about him shows that there’s a point where you have to be willing to say you’ve done your due diligence and just hope for the best. The benefits I can see, in theory at least, about engaging in impact play with someone who has established a reputation as an experienced and trustworthy member of the community is that could reduce the amount of time spent getting to know them on an individual basis and if it occurs in a public setting where there are other people watching, you would hope that adds an additional layer of safety. I can respect anyone’s choices to engage in mutually consensual activities, although I’ve tried to understand and have a good friend who is into heavy impact, due to my personal experiences, I have a hard time understanding it, and that’s ok. In my mind, I would think that when it comes to trusting someone to intentionally inflict *** on you, it might actually require more time to vet them to try to make sure you’re confident they have the knowledge and experience to do so safely and respectfully.
As**** Posted Friday at 11:23 PM Not sure I agree. You really can’t separate your body from the mind even if you want to
