yes Lex is way more representative of the erotic hypno community. But Also look into the sub - reddit * EroticHypnosis* for a good starting point with ressources and a good overview of the community…

There are a lot of hypnosis videos on YouTube that are absolutely lovely. I like a channel called Sanguine VA. He does a lot of hypnosis stuff that’s really cool.  this way, you can relax at home without being under anyone’s direct influence and see if it works for you.

true - i prefer to have my eyes closed so audio is enough and that works as an example over the phone too.

@kinkydarling mentioned Jacqueline Powers and She indeed is one of the best in my oppinion. i'm more female orineted as the Hypnotist.

Just be aware that there are Hypnotists out there that sometimes put undeclared suggestions in files. If unsure skip the Induction and skim the file without "going down" to be sure.

Absolutely you can!
Hypno might be a very good match for dealing with PTSD.
But make sure you go to a professional Hypnothe*apist.
The «erotic hypno community» tends to clean cut from any the*apeutic activity. Simply because there is the possibility that things come up that are hard to deal with and then a pro is the way to go.

I suspect though that you could achieve wonderful results if you‘re open for it - similar to „stop smoking hypno”.
Def. worth a try.
