What do you get from a spanking?

[Fi****]

Looking to hear from spanking subs. What is it thay you enjoy and/or achieve from being spanked?

Ive spanked girls hard and soft, to tears and orgasm, for pleasure and punishment, had subs tell me a variety of benefits they take from it. What is yours and what kind of spanking helps achieve that goal for you?

A sore bum

[Marylou11]

It brings me mentally into the play. I have trouble shutting my mind off. The *** brings me into the present and helps me stay focus where I am and what’s happening. Plus it feels good

The pleasure the man gets makes me happy. Honestly

[Sp****]

If it's with a sexual partner my pleasure is best after being spanked as I'm tingly and senses are heightened and bum is sensitive. Luv the mix of pleasure and ***! If it's to help with stress I get lost in it until the stress melts. If it's a punishment I just have to bear down and accept and trust that my Dom will use the before shown abilities of restraint and communication along with his skills.

These are all great answers. Really shows the variety of benefits subs can take for very different reasons.

As a Daddy Dom, I truly take pleasure in seeing my subs experience different avenues of benefits from being spanked, and am humbled when the experience is able to transcend a scene and provide a benefit such as relieving stress or provide a medium to work through something emotional.

Of course, sometimes a sub just needs to be punished, and as SpicyChillaiPeppa pointed out, thats a moment where the trust a sub has in their Dom is at its peak. These are also moments where the strength of that relationship truly shines and, for any sub who hasnt been told as much, that trust is not lost on the Dom, nor is the responsibility underappreciated.

I like flogging and spanking. I am up in my head way too much. As a sub I put a lot of pressure on myself to br as perfect as I can. Sensory stimulation like impact play gets me out of my head and just caught up in all the "feels".

For me when my ex mam used to spank me it's like telling me F you bitch I'm in control of you I own your ass! I'd especially like when he'd pull my hair and spank me

[bi****]

I never seem to expect it before it happens I love the surprise and the *** of it. It also helps relieve some of my stress and or emotional turmoil that I maybe feeling at that time.

For me is pleasurable during playtime but is also used as a form of actual discipline Master will use (level of punishment may presents in the tool Master chooses because we all know open hand spanking is wildly different than with a crop or belt so to speak.) it helps keep my adhd ***terbrain get put back together again and reminds me of my place in Master’s life. Hope this helps 👞💙🎀

I am intrigued by the responses re: getting out of your head. This resonates with me for a different reason.

Several years ago I learned I have a condition called "aphantasia". This basically means I don't have a visual memory. So I don't get stuck "in my head". I tend to remember things in an abstract way. I am what you might call a "systems thinker".

On the opposite end of the spectrum there are people who have a condition called "hyperphantasia". People who I've met with this condition describe it like they have a movie going on in their minds. They can see, smell, and even touch the things from their memories as if they were doing it IRL.

While I see benefits to having a vivid inner self I do also see, like with these examples" how it can be a hindrance.

I, on the other hand, am almost always living in the moment.

It arouses me and when I tell him "harder" the wetter I get

[ni****]

For me its affection and punishment rolled into one. Depending on the pressure and item used. My sir knows I love to be spanked and hard. He will either just tease me with just a single spank or light touches which he knows drives me insane the sting the surprise arouses me the harder and faster the better he knows im a challenge as I dont feel it as *** as such I dont cry out I actually giggle. To me im being presented with gifts and the marks it leaves me with are my marks of pride my good girl achievement. What upsets me is I heal so damn fast. Im in a long distance dynamic and id give anything for them to last until the following week but if I get spanked and marked on a Monday I can guarantee they will be gone by Wednesday

My vanilla life and my kink life do not mix. My Dom hears about some of the stuff going on in my life but does not know full details of everything, and his is the same with me. In my vanilla and work life I am always the dominant personality. The mental load of home never gets shut off. When im spanked for fun it's away to let go of everything else. Im allowed to let go of the things that weigh me down mentally. On a physical point I enjoy the p@@!n, nbsp;it brings pleasure for me.

For me it’s to both let go mentally and physically. A good proper spanking melts the stress right out of my muscles better than any massage.

Catharsis. When used as a punishment or with more intensity, there’s a sense of release that comes with it.
When it’s lighter more of a funishment, it releases endorphins and can take you out side yourself, subspace.

[Dolled]

Like soft spanking during doggy or as I pass by someone. Makes me feel desired. Makes me feel I’m sexy to the man doing it.

[ro****]

I enjoy the feeling of the ass on and in my hands as I caress, grab, smack and spank.
I enjoy the different levels of moans and or whimpers that are given to me. As well as the difference each object or implement is used to bring satisfaction to my sub, and to myself.

I get a lot from spanking ass, got I love it

[Fi****]

I really appreciate all lf the responses here on the sub side. I am very appreciative that subs are able to achieve such profound mental escapes anf releases from something as simple as a spanking.

Of course, as a Dom I take simple pleasures from spanking girls, but I do find I take even more pleasure when I know that my sub is achieving more than physical *** and pleasure beneath my hand. It certainly makes me feel more connected when the experience is able to transcend its foundations
