Deleted Member Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 My partner has a very bad back. She hurts for days after sex, ever very vanilla sex. Looking at different options like a sex pillow or body wedge. Price is not my concern, just looking for the best items for the job. Any suggestions?
Devilrose96 Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 Get a chiropractor if you don't have one already they are the best, a body or sex pillow helps, massage her back before and/or after and a heating pad for muscle aches or if she got nerve *** then a chilled shower should help. My husband made this into a routine for me and it helps wonders :)
Se**** Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 There’s no use finding work around you need to treat the cause. And as someone who suffers from a bad back and neck and hips I cannot recommend them highly enough. Preferably one who takes X-rays first so they know what they’re dealing with
Cu**** Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 Do as previously recommended here. A chiropractor is a back specialist who usually uses muscle manipulation to correct and re-tone them so that they work correctly. I had two prolapsed vertebrae in the lower back and had excruciating *** down legs and arms. NHS answer was to rest, which was hard to do living on your own. Then hospital and a week of Valium…the lost week of my life. Discharged from hospital, where a back operation had been arranged to fuse vertebrae, and went to chiropractor. 40 years on, I haven’t regretted the choice.
Deleted Member Posted June 5, 2022 Author Posted June 5, 2022 I have back problems, and diagnosed by a specialist. I agree with others, but it is very important to find the "right" one. Usually "word of mouth" is the best.
gr**** Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 The Liberators brand stuff is really good and produced in the US.
Deleted Member Posted June 5, 2022 Author Posted June 5, 2022 A chiropractor or Osteopath could help. Finding a good one will be hard. The ones you find on YouTube., Cracking your joints and spine all over the place, or using the awful 'Y' strap or the others that use the 'Ring Dinger'; avoid those like the plague. That is just internet BS. The type of thing you should be looking at is something like Gonstead Technique. Again you can see this on YouTube . The best example are Chiro Core, with an Australian Chiropractor; Dr Ian. Also Dr Rahim Gonstead Practitioner. This is just my opinion , but Maybe check them out to get a idea what to look for. Of course, ask around, do your research. I hope this might help you and your partner. Best of luck.
Deleted Member Posted June 6, 2022 Author Posted June 6, 2022 Use a doggy style where you pull back on her - it will stretch her back the other way.

Va**** Posted June 6, 2022 Posted June 6, 2022 Not that a chiropractor can not be an answer BUT depending on the nature of the back *** they can do more damage than good. First thing I would suggest would be getting in with a getting seen by either a Orthopedic or Neuro surgeon and identifying the cause of the problem. If you are talking more moderate to severe structural issues the last thing you want to be doing is trying to manipulate and “adjust” things. Also you could be looking at nerve issues which could be made worse also. After you get the answer for the why then look at options to fix or adapt to it. Ignoring a larger and possibly more severe underlying issue just makes the issue worse and narrows your options later. Now to answer your question I have tried the Amazon knock off versions and the Liberator branded wedges. Personally I find the Liberators to be a more dense and better lasting foam. I’d spend the *** on those.
