Well, it raised no eyebrows, so i guess it did not smell. And the tights would have restricted any "overflow". Just woke up and still wearing it - but it seems to have reached its limit ;)

That is an odd and rather titillating request! I will see if I can put a video together sometime, maybe of me overflowing my diaper and it running down my tights
