How do I suspend her from the ceiling safely??? And what kind of rope to use??

I am curious too on how to install safe hard points for suspension. I was debating on buying a yoga stand instead of trusting my engineered trusses to support the potential strain.

Recommendations is to go to a rope Studio and learn properly because you can do real damage if you get weight distribution wrong. For at home suspension you can put fixed points in the ceiling and install either a single point or (better) a double point and then say a bamboo pole to work from. You can also get tripods that fold away if you don't want to install hardware in your home.

Get with an experienced Rigger. If you are honest enough to ask, you are honest enough to realize it's extremely dangerous if done incorrectly.
I'm new and curious about this too, but there are too many pressure points, both nerves and arteries involed, especially with suspension, one knot slipping could could seriously hurt your bunny.
