Unknown user profile

How do I get Mods/behind the scene staff to check out a profile I can't access?
.
The user has no profile picture
Their username is a jumble of letters/numbers
They have no age listed
They periodically visit my profile
They have previously commented in response to my comment in the forums "I thought it was you" but when asked what they meant failed to respond
When I click on their profile picture to go to their an error message with "something has gone wrong" pops up rather than telling me I'm blocked and takes me to the tinderlike area where you swipe people 🤷‍♀️
