Shaming people for doing what they like isn't exactly open minded and clever.

Personally, I don't like texting, nor do I like instant messaging. Even of the vanilla variety.

I'm a writer so I'm not backwards about coming forward, there's no room to maneuver with texts/IM.

Therefore, Emails is my communication of choice.

With emails you can get into the weeds and really to get to know one another. It's a gourmet five course meal. With texts/IM's it's communication fast food.

I've met someone, and i think fit wise they would be perfect. on here actually. ive been away from dating for quite some time. and im now getting back into things. we both want to take things slow, as there are a few things we need to consider really. what has been good is whilst finding time to meet up, is the texting. i wouldnt say its sexting as such but i would say its been helpful all in all. im learning about someone that i want to put some serious effort into and hopefully its bringing us closer. so i think it has its plus points, it just depends on how you want to play it. naturally im not suggesting its a substitute for the real thing, but that will come and hopefully we will be less nervous and have a better idea all round.
