Template for making a latex condom

Hi Everyone.

First time poster. I've got a few sheets of latex and I'd like to make some custom condoms for myself. I wasn't very good at art in school so am looking for some help and hopefully a template I can use.

The cylinder part shouldnt be too tricky, Im just wondering how do the bit at the top i.e. the 'head'

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Bump - is this not possible to do ? No-one here has made a condom out of latex ???
