Unusual Policies

Hey everyone! I'm curious, what are some standards/policies you hold yourself to which you think are less common, or which you don't hear about super often? Looking for ideas!

Mine is that I love taking kinky pictures of people, but will only take them with the subject's own phone. Maybe it's overcautious, but I find it reassuring.

Maybe it's because I'm old and I've been stuck in my ways. But I don't feel like any of my policies are unusual. People are mostly good, but not all good. Everyone is at least a little bit selfish. *** is the most dominant human emotion, easiest to trigger and manipulate. Sometimes you need to be willing to take a hit and stretch passed your comfort zone to ensure someone that your willing to meet someone in theirs.
And biggest: the most important relationship you have is the one with yourself, and that needs to be healthy and respectful before you include anyone else.

Completely agree with the own phone policy, personally when learning I like to share the resources I use with any sub I might engage with, so for example now that I'm reading about rope safety, I'm showing them which resources I'm using to learn.
