As always, please correct me if I am wrong. From this, I understand that you are the Dominant in this relationship. If I were in your position, I would sit her down and have a genuine talk with her. Ask her to be honest with you, about why she is messing with you and being so disobedient. It could be as simple as she wants to test your dominance, to make you handle her physically; or perhaps she wants to be punished. If this is not the case, you need to get her to communicate with you. While the Submissive has the power (and chooses to give it away), she is giving you her Dominant, power over her. I would not allow my Submissive to say no (within her boundaries of course), without consequences. Strict but fair, I think

She wanted to do a bdsm contract so i printed a 9 page contract covering absolutely everything. Safe words. Rules ect. Definitions ect. Then she says no to everything. I am very confused. But i will see. Could be a bored thing or she really wanted a collar.

If she's saying no all the time then you need to ask her openly what she says yes to - or at least what she presently says yes to.

If you can't get a coherent answer to what she wants then it's you who needs to say 'no'.
