It would depend for what purposes. You could easily tie someone into, onto, or upto something, but it depends on the desired outcome. If for a sexual reason, you might want the ability to have access to parts of the body, so it would require slightly different techniques than if you were to say just be securing them so as they don’t go anywhere.

Honestly, getting a length of rope or cordage and just tying things making them decorative, functional, aesthetic, or any in between is a great way to learn as well as reading and watching about tying techniques.

If outside put up a tent away from prying eyes. Though my suggestion is to be at a rope event or fetish club and do shibari or suspension amongst other riggers/kinksters.
