Hello.  Funny I've been here for over seven days now and I'm just now finding this forum topic.  I really wish there was better search functionality.

Where did you all start?  How did you decide I'm into this or that and grow it?

I see lots of threads regarding bdsm, spanking, etc. And suggestions on starting small, makes sense.  But for example, I like leather, seeing it being worn, is that kinky, is that a fetish or just a turn on?  What do I do with that?  Where do I find leather that is not sub par?

I tend to overanalyze most everything, I know that, it's a curse and a blessing. 

What would it take to get a "hey I'm new to this" section, with a top 10 FAQ or other useful information, or hey here is bdsm stuff, here's kinky stuff, here's what a vanilla should know stuff?
