I always find it difficult to find a dominant woman in bed. Do women like taking control and if you do do you like a guy to struggle while you tie him up?

That would depend on the moment. If I wanted a compliant sissy then no. I would not accept a struggle, i would stop what I was doing and we would have to have a discussion about it. 

Generally though the scene would be set before starting anything. It’s fun sometimes though, within the realms of safety to over power your intended. 

That’s just my opinion.
