Trimmed but doesn't have to be balled. I'm ok with some bush on a partner it just has to me clean and short (male and female anatomy).
For myself, I prefer a short bush, waxed bikini line, lips, and butt as well. It makes me feel cleaner and I know the feeling of hair in my mouth isn't pleasant so I can't assume what it'd feel like for partners!
