In the heart of Charlotte’s kink community, LoftNC stands as North Carolina’s premier private BDSM and fetish studio — a space designed for pleasure, power, and creative exploration. This upscale dungeon and event venue provides a welcoming, judgment-free environment for those passionate about consensual kink, education, and connection. Founded with the goal of creating a safe, inclusive, and professional play space, LoftNC has become a central hub for the local BDSM scene. It offers private rentals, educational workshops, and community events, all centered on the principles of safety, consent, and respect. The facility is fully equipped for couples, groups, and professional providers seeking a discreet, high-quality environment to host scenes or content productions. Inside, LoftNC features multiple themed play areas, each outfitted with professional BDSM furniture and equipment. Lighting, sound, and atmosphere can be adjusted to create anything from intimate, sensual scenes to high-intensity play sessions. The entire facility is maintained to professional standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and discretion for every visitor. Access to LoftNC is by membership or invitation only, preserving privacy and community integrity. New members are required to review house rules and safety policies before attending events or booking private sessions. LoftNC operates on SSC principles — safe, sane, consensual — and a strong consent culture, rein***d through every event and interaction. Sexual activity is strictly governed by consent and context, and photography or recording without permission is prohibited. LoftNC is a sanctuary for BDSM as an art form — a place where people can explore, learn, and express themselves freely within clear boundaries. The venue regularly hosts educational classes, rope workshops, munches, and play parties, bringing together kinksters from across North and South Carolina. These events combine hands-on learning with community building, helping both newcomers and veterans grow their confidence and skill in a safe environment.
