It's clear that the wrong terminology was used in the subject of this thread, as it's not discussing ghosting but is discussing the lack of response on initial contact.

This will absolutely be the case. Winners are chosen based on a number of criteria as laid out in the game info.

There could be any number of reasons for a message filter blocking messages when it appears that someone is interested in your age range, the most common is that they have set a limit on which city/cities they want to receive messages from. Check out the message filters and you will see how many Read more… options there are.

We want people to play along and help others by posting helpful hints, but please don't post the actual icon locations in the forum.
