I'm a little confused by this, I'm not making assumptions but would you mind clarifying? It seems at first as though you're suggesting people dismiss others without a reason - age, location, looks, kink preferences, not looking for new conversation, simply doesn't feel like it that day etc.
And then this bit about there being different ways to approach different people and a welcoming approach not always being a good view... unless you're talking about the people who literally put a green light up on their profiles ("Hi, hit me up with what you'd want to do to me" or similar), that's reading awfully like an endorsement for some of the negative approaches/behaviours the OP is highlighting.
