Being a bit frustrated cos of no sex apart from jacking off I've been ball bashing myself to add a bit of variety but the *** never stays beyond a couple of minutes. I am a bit scared of going too far and damaging the family jewels. Is it dangerous? Any advice?

if you rupture a *** vessel - it will be extremely ***ful and cause your balls to swell.  You will probably need hospital treatment which can be quite embarrassing to explain - and the NHS could probably do with the beds.
