That's the thing though..... it's NOT equal.

I know of a woman who discovered her work colleague was on significantly higher wages. For the same job, same hours, everything. She went to her boss and got the same pay... as her male work mate.

 

 

I'm starting to understand though, I think.

We had to fight for equality but we've gone too far the other way, is that what you feel?
