The two story Fascinations next to the strip club Shotgun Willie's is pretty good. Plenty of options.

I go to Adam and eve in cheyenne. It's a bit north but clean and the staff are helpful.

Home Depot has a surprising amount of cordless, waterproof toys. For example, the Makita 12V lithium-powered cordless drill offers great versatility and amazing bang for the buck. Some great toys in electronics as well. Great shock value if nothing else.
