Making sub wear butt plug

I’m thinking of making him wear a butt plug every day to humble him, but still want to stay within safe limits. Is 4 cm a good starting size? Would this be a humiliating punishment for a man? How else can I punish him? Also what size can he work up to realistically in a month?

Yes, I think that is a good punishment. Wearing a plug makes me feel very submissive, so I think that would help with the ego. Also, it becomes a bit of a nussiance  to wear over a prolonged period. A week may be a bit much if he is never worn a plug before. One or two days may be sufficient. Taking it in and out is a bit annoying so if you really want to punishment, make him take it out and put it in a few times a day.

As far as size goes, I would just start with the smallest one. They do sell training sets with various sizes that he can work up to. I will say the largest size in the set is tough. I've never been able to do it without it hurting. However, overtime I switched from the the silicon plugs to glass ones. The glass are more firmer and harder to take, but for me were a way to step it up without going to a large size.
