To Go or Not to Go

Recommended Posts

I met a Fem Dom, we have had a few short chats on messenger. She wants our first session to be at a Dungeon Party. She ordered me to reserve a time slot. The session is next Friday. Since then she has basically ghosted me. Ordering me not to contact her. I asked if we were still going and she just answered yes.
This is my first dungeon as well as my first D/s play of any kind. I have questions, ***s and concerns, of which she hasn't and wont address.
Im not sure i want to go to this session with her, but i will be out the booking fee. Do I go by myself and just mingle and observe.

I would suggest that she doesn't have your best interests at heart so my advice is to stay away from her.

There is no reason you shouldn't attend the party (unless they don't allow singles) so contact the party host, tell them what's happened and ask their advice.

Let me guess, the dungeon doesn't have an official website, you have to book via an email address (Gmail or something) and send the *** in advance.
It screams fake, there is no dungeon, no woman. She is a balled fat guy in Katmandu
You can still consider going, remember whenever you feel uncomfortable in any situation you say „stop“ and leave.
Sad to say It sounds like you have been scammed.

Did you check her or out the dungeon before booking, most dungeons and pro-dommes will be listed on Fetlife and/or have a professional website.

Suggest meeting for a coffee, if theyre genuine they will oblidge such requests as ultimately they get a prospective long term client for the cost of 1 hour + coffee.
Even if shes real, not addressing your questions and negotiating in advance is a ludacris Red Flag. Your limits, safeword, kinks, and a thousand more things should be discussed up front.
My only reason im questioning a scam is what does she get outta Poppitwain spending his *** to reserve a time slot?

Did you give her any $$ or card info for her to reserve it herself?

Seems more likely he'll show up to 15 Slaves stand dick to butt in line waiting for her attention while she uses his slot.

Idk tho. Everyone here is all over it tho. Fishy AF

Hes paid a booking fee, so hes out whatever that was.

If he entered his card details into "her" site she now has those details and xan drain his account.

nah, how the scam works is you pay a booking fee to a site/dungeon that doesn't exist.   The scammer can then disappear.  If you show up the place either doesn't exist or has no idea what you're talking about

Educating me!! Good info.

Didn't even think of getting the booking at her Dungeon. Was thinking it was a neutral venue.

Thanks Kings.

the scams are usually simpler than that.   Like here's a thing - someone starts draining your account you go to the bank, you have protections they cancel the card and would typically refund you the *** (mind, most banks use 2FA so it'd be difficult for it to be used anyway)

But, if someone has taken a one-off fee, what do you do?   Phone the bank and be like, hey so - I booked a dungeon which doesn't exist as some stranger wanted to meet me for kinky play?   The right thing to do, but how many people are comfortable with it?

True.
.
Im not sure if the US has 2FA on cards yet as european banking seems to be a few years ahead of the US.
.
Also theyre unlikely to start draining straight away, could be weeks/months before they start, or simply sell on the card details to third parties.
