I had an electric one that could be used as a pump or had a rubber sleeve insert that was supposed to be like having oral / sex (it wasn’t).

I had just assumed they were a gimmick product that appealed to masculine sexuality and a man’s desire to have a large and fierce cock. I never bothered to investigate or try one.

They work and are a necessity when recovering from prostate cancer surgery. It’s important to *** the *** into your penis to feed and preserve the nerves that become scrambled from the surgery.

Being a prostate cancer survivor, I have to agree with @yoursfrankly8… the unnecessary as part of the recuperation process depend depending on how early you were diagnosed…. I use one in conjunction with penile injections and it works perfect for me. *** flow is good length and girth are good and don’t get tired….. the downside is if you over it use it and get too much *** flow you can end up being so sore after a while…. Other than that, they’re a great enhancement and good stretch, stretching out apparatus…..

couldn't verify for an actual penis but i used to use a clit pump to achieve the effect of a tdick without being on testosterone. i will say that i notice a significant difference in size compared to now that i havent used one in a few years.

mine has always been super tiny (like almost nonexistent), and if i had to guess, i was able to get it consistently around 1/2-3/4 of an inch while i was just pumping, which is honestly pretty significant growth given what i was blessed with as well as not being on any type of hormones. i do rly wanna get back into it again because it is most definitely back to its original tiny-ness.

Don't use the air pumps. They can cause damage if not used correctly. Get a bathmate. Start with the 7 inch version and then work up to the 9.
