Yes. It works it will give you instant girth. Make sure your pump chamber is a good fit for you if it’s too large, it can create blisters while pumping.

I noticed with in a week . You really have to follow the directions I can't stress that enough .. but gained a considerable amount of girth and that's what I was going for .
