If it feels comfortable, and it's not causing you any issues such as with using condoms, then I would say that's not too big.
The only measure should be your personal comfort and preference.

I used to have several genital piercings, but I took them out after nearly 20 years when I developed a running hobby and they chafed.
Piercing studios seem to be a lot more cautious about providing genital piercings since the high-profile "Dr. Evil" case a few years ago, so I never got them re-done after I stopped running.

Unfortunately everyone wants to see it but no one wants to try it. I have learned that after stretching your best bet is to use acrylic jewelry since it weighs practically nothing. It lets your body get used to the stretching as opposed to stretching and the weight of metal jewelry.

I got 8mm PA and 8 rings 2mm to 8mm scaled scrotal leader. Think about stretch more but sometimes is uncomfortable. Maybe 10mm is the nice limit

I can't speak to a PA I've settled for 6 gauge frenum, which seems about right to me?

I use 6mm on my nipples. Want more 4 rings in Balls to finish at 12mm. maybe try some frenum but not stretched and not near cockhead
