I don't think anything is as cheap as latexcatfish. If you order now you might get it for this winter though (from what we heard). Our stuff is from simon-o, libidex, latex nemesis and the cheapest is from honour. We're happy with all. The only thing that matters, though, is that Espana wins 🏆.

If you want quite standard pieces AliExpress has some stores that are okay. Common sex shops as well. There also a few makers in Europe that do costume pieces which are different and usually slightly more offordavle like lottie latex. Feel free to DM me. I have a few accounts i follow and know like those.
