What type of Fitness kink do you have?

I've had a little fantasy of someone who wants to get fit but is extremely inexperienced sending a text,, perhaps a question.

My response "run a mile"

Them not asking any stupid questions "all the information is on the task" knowing that what I mean is exactly to run a mile,

and being sent the tracking information,

watching as they keep attempting to not break pace and actually just run (not walk) the full mile without break,


maybe taking hours,,, maybe days, knowing my rules about eating when they're hungry, that I can see their heart rate if they attempt to overexert themselves knowing that I will be cross n maybe punish if they do and it's not worth it,,


and being given flowers or leaves picked up on the run, or the thoughts of devotion, the poetry that spills out of you when you undergo such a big task

I like the idea of them fishing for a question that will make me think the order is a good idea,

the feel of the strings, the feel of the care when you push your body.

And as they improve upping the ante with more miles or cute little tasks,, little whimsys like baking a pie n find people to offer it to until the whole pie except ur 3 slices is gone.

I'm curious about more scenarios and ideas along this line?

It's not about shame, but the beauty of the process, that working hard is love to your body, what it craves, that a dominant can help you love yourself. Pull you with a covert soft waist leash through a morning run. Control over your heart, your sweat, your very being? Are there other creative ways to enact such intense control safely?

I like baked potatoes with chive sour cream. How about you?

Just get a job as personal trainer lol, once you know the basics, 90% of your work is figuring how to properly motivate different people who have entrusted you with improving their lives

I do actually work in that field lol! As a result, I've been thinking about things a little more clinically. My fantasies are more regarding people who are already motivated but putting them in unique scenarios. If I was the person being trained, I'd like to be motivated but in general I've done enough convincing for several lifetimes lol, that is an aspect I'm very familiar with, I have helped many gain this sort of intimacy with their bodies, being so so careful to deliver the information through their lens,, so gentle with how I bring up each subject due to the fact that I'm helping them undo fitness related trauma

but I'm a mad scientist by nature and imagine there's some form of standardized test that could be easily modded to be more kinky. My mind does not really sexuallize the body,, so the kinkiness is more about the sensations, the dynamics, the headspace, the control, what things mean.

I run about three miles every other day and this never even occurred to me 🙈

I'd probably ask you to run 3.25 then lol! Silly, telling on yourself. 3 miles is so impressive! That's wonderful that you show up for yourself like that! You would do well in the coming revolution/apocalypse:p

I've enjoyed in the past when partners have wanted to watch me workout, and even better if it started their own journey with strength training. Helping someone improve themselves is always an absolute turn on.
