Woodworking and BDSM Gear?

Just curious, for those who have a dedicated, safe play space do you make your own gear/furniture, or do you commission custom-made pieces? Just wondering about the intersection of two seemingly unrelated passions!

I make custom pieces for sale and personal use.

I make my own so far a 7' cross and going to be a bench next summer

I have humber stock Cade bondage chair

I make my own, but half of my garage is a workshop!

Been considering making my own now that I’m back around seeing a partner. I figure all my industrial construction and studio knowledge of materials would come in handy. I can form or cast about anything too. Always been an interest. Just haven’t taken the dive.

Not really, ive added some fixing points to my bed, easy to clip cuffs too, ropes fixing points ect

The guy I was seeing for a little made his own paddles and even a cross he wood worked himself. It's definitely doable if you have the knowledge and want to.

I’m into DIY and have a workshop so i put that to good use making BDSM furniture, you can check out the pictures on my profile for some of the things I’ve made.

I have bought a few small pieces but am considering building some larger things (head/arm and leg stocks)

Very cool everyone!  I figured there must be others into both BDSM and woodworking!  Thank you for sharing!

I've built my own bondage bed, table and paddles. I've also built me own cross design I use in my dungeon. I built the bed about 15 years ago. I know it's not woodworking but I have a 7' steel birdcage I built and use as well.
