Honestly - I don't think other countries are more open - there's often a lot of FOMO
But, if threads on this forum are anything to go by, it's extremely popular in the UK.

I think so - I'm also aware there are Pro Dommes who do very well in Dubai offering this.  Buuut, as a twist, most of the ladies who fly out and offer it are *from* the UK ;)
