Cannot Heart someone... and no gift to give.. so must I cross them out?

Seems pointless to do this and also broken. I dont want to cross the person but that mesns I cannot even like then if they have message filter on and i dont have gifts to give. A little flawed.

It's because you don't fit their chosen profile for people that they want to interact with. You are basically asking why can't you interact with them against their consent!
