I’m new to the bdsm scene but would like some advice to finding a dominant woman

I feel there could be a very easy copy paste - so I'll just keep this easy

1) accept this is going to take time.  Something you will have to learn and investigate within yourself is what can you offer a Dominant woman? How can you prove you can be of use?

2) be wary of those too eager/quick to take you on until that point

3) the easiest place to find someone is to go where they are.   If you want to find someone who likes rock music, you go to a rock bar. Want to find someone into BDSM - guess where you go?
