Domme as a rope bunny

There's something very carefree and delightful in being a rope bunny, on the other hand giving up control as a domme seems sometimes impossible.
The different dynamic, the needs and cravings can be unbelievably contradictory yet complimenting each other to perfection.
I was playing with the idea of a hierarchy session for that..
Subs, domes and switches, what do you think about a hierarchy session combining the two sides - The ultimate control vs the freedom of the rope?

Perhaps make the focus of the session , mutual aftercare.

I don't see anything contradictory here at all. To better explain my perspective, here's my view of things:

Dominant/sub:

Power exchange dynamics that play with power imbalances based on authority and control. Who leads/directs and who follows/obeys?

Top/bottom:

Describes the active and passive participants engaging in kink activities. The doer of an action and the receiver of an action in kink.

Dominants can bottom. Dominant bottoms exist, they control the action and dictate to their subs what sensations want to recieve.

Subs can Top. Submissive Tops exist, they follow the directions of their Dominant to deliver whatever sensual services their Dominant demands.

If you, as a Dominant, *recieve* a flogging or a wax pour because you like the sensation...how is that really all that different from *receiving* a blow job? Your sub is still doing what you say from an active position while you're in a receptive position. You're still the leader and the director, you're just not conforming to the extremely limited vanilla-written porno clichés about what Dominants are and aren't.

Same deal with rope. I've known plenty of Dominants (all genders) who dig on bottoming for rope cause it's a fun learning experience and they like the sensations. They're still Dominants the whole damn time.

(Also worth noting that kinks can occur completely separately from D/s. Power dynamics are not required at all to enjoy whatever individual kink. You can do kinks and not involve D/s bullshit in it at all. So you can be a Dominant but in the context of doing rope, you can choose to be nothing to do with D/s. Bottom for rope solely to bottom for rope, unrelated to D/s. Shit ain't limited).

Yes, all of this. I'm very vers when it comes to top/bottom but I'm almost always the D type if there's any sort of D/s, I also enjoy no D/s at all.
