Currently there are 23 available icons to collect.  The final icon will be released tomorrow at 3pm UK time.

The area where it shows which members have collected all icons, means they have collected all released icons so far.  The list is resets daily back to zero when the newest icon drops. Providing you have collected all the previous icons and collected the newest icon you will then appear on the list.  The list constantly updates every minute or so, so if you don't see yourself it could be that many members all found the newest icon at the same time and you just missed seeing yourself.
